Jelq just 1-3 times a week for 5-10 minutes?

I would think these claims are bogus but has anybody ever gained on such minimal training?

Of course it’s bogus, they’re selling the device after all. Never trust a claim about the product from someone who’s trying to sell it to you.

I was asking because I’m thinking about incorporating jelqs into my abbreviated PE routine but don’t want to overdo it and I have come across posts suggesting gains with minimal effort. For instance from Swensk (member on this forum):

“My PE training has not been consistent, My guess is that I’ve been doing a stretching/jelqing routine 2 times a week in average. Some weeks I haven’t done any PE at all and I’ve probably maxed at 3 times/week for a months period.”

And he had pretty impressive gains, if legit.
