I’ve begun my routine again and using lube to wet jelq this time.

When I’m doing my jelqs, my skin from my fat pad/pelvis area stretch out too, basically keeping me from moving my hand along my shaft and instead just pulling this skin. The only way I can find around this is to use my other hand to push against my fat pad and allow my jelqing hand to go along the shaft.

I feel I do not get near as good of a jelq doing this. Is there something else I can do?

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

I have had the same issue. I have stretched out so much skin over my PE career that when I jelq-at the start of my jelq I’m just jelqing skin coming off my pelvic bone.

What I have done- and actually I have found that this has made my jelqs better than when I first started (aka when I didn’t have the skin issue), is to hold the skin back with the one hand, and jelq with the other.

Do, numerous, SLOW jelqs until that hand gets tired, and than switch hands.

I also found that underhand jelqs- FOR ME- are alot LESS effective, BUT overhand jelqs, combined with the technique I just explained, is very effective, and you can really feel the push of blood.

Overhand being- your fingers meet on the underside of your shaft-with your palm on the topside of your shaft.

Thats just my opinion.
