I’m new to PE and also to this forum. I have been reading around but haven’t really found an answer to my question. I have started the newbie routine with approx 5min warmup (rise sock) then 15min of manual stretch in different angles.
I’m 2 weeks in now and I have started to add jelqs in my routine this week, I’m using an OK-grip for about 30min straight (1 stroke/2-4 sec) with an erect level of 70-90 %.
The thing that I’m worried/curious about is the swollen uncut skin that appears after the 30min jelq routine. The swollen uncut skin is mostly on the upper shaft on the bottom side of the penis (the bottom part of the skin that covers the glans when flaccid).
It feels numb but doesn’t hurt.

So my questions are:
1. Anybody else experienced this after jelqing?
2. Is this a good or bad sign? (It looks pretty good after and stays for that like 6-7 hours, but is it bad in the long term?)
3. Should I jelq less intense then I do now? To prevent this from happen.

I don’t have a foreskin but I can get a little edema (swelling, fluid) sometimes from jelqing. I wouldn’t have started at 30 minutes and I wouldn’t have started with 70-90% erection levels. I would say drop back to the newbie plan. Start at 10 minutes (200 jelqs) for a week at 50-70% erection levels. Add 100 a week until you get to 500-600 jelqs (your current level). I don’t see the point in going to higher erection levels for a very long time.

No problem. Also, don’t forget the importance of the warm up and warm down in the routines. If you have any other questions about the newbie routine let us know :) .

Why oh why don’t people just start with the Newbie Routine (or the Linear Newbie Routine). There are many hundreds, possibly now thousands of posts stating that it is the best place to start. Which it most certainly is.

It is linked in big letters across the top of the PE Basics forum, so how does anyone miss it??? So many guys think they know better, then pick up an injury or a problem. Just do the Newbie routine! :D

I been doing newbie routine for a month and 2weeks. I notice that my gains had stop. What could I add or do different to keep gains coming?

Your instant ‘newbie gains’ which are just the tissues getting used to stretching - they are not real gains at all and will disappear as soon as you stop PE - may have stopped, but your real gains will be unlikely to have even started yet. Stick with the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months before you add anything to it.
