Jelq In Morning and Stretch In Evening?

Just as the title suggests, I am wondering if anyone splits up their daily routine? Mornings are so hectic for me that I feel if I just did my warm ups and Jelqs in the morning and after work sometime, did another warm up and stretch if that would be any different than doing it at the same time.

I wake up at 5am just to get a PE session in before anyone wakes up. Then I also have a weightlifting workout session I typically do before work as well as cooking breakfast and lunch for the day and getting kids ready for school. Jelqing is where I need the most privacy and not so much with the stretching. The other morning when I had my brother staying a few days with me, he got up early too and knocked on the door just as I was starting and after that I couldn’t get anything done and had to quit for the day. Got maybe 50 jelqs in that morning.

I’m of the opinion that there is no magic formula, just consistency. You just need to consistently introduce trauma to your dick at a rate higher than your normal healing process can allow for. This causes your body to try and adapt to the trauma and compensate to prevent damage. Your body is always trying to accommodate for environmental changes and return to baseline. It wants to find an issue, fix it and move on. If you lift weights, your body doesn’t know you are lifting weights, it just knows there is an outside force that it needs to adjust for so you don’t die. It builds more muscle so you don’t get crushed by the weight of something. It’s always trying to solve an issue and move to the next. If the environmental condition becomes predictable, the body will adapt to that and change and go from construction mode to maintenance mode. However if you keep the body guessing it won’t be able to predict what’s happening and it will stay in construction mode.

TL ; DR It doesn’t matter, just get it in where you fit it in. . (Don’t worry too much about following a specific routine. Just be consistent with doing something and mix it up when necessary to squeeze in a workout due to lack of privacy. Morning and night one day, all morning the next day, all at night the day after that. You might even find better results by keeping your body guessing.)

Thanks. Yeah it’s the same with lifting. Have to mix it up once in awhile when workouts become stagnant.
