Jelq for length

Hi everyone :)

This question maybe asked a thousand times before, but now ill have to ask..

I’m only interested in length gains, so how should my jelq be like?

How intense, how long and so on?

I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure it should be done with a lower erection level and towards to the floor for length gains
