Jelq for length

Are there any length gains with just jelqing?

And yes. You can gain from length from just jelqing. Just jelq at a low erection level.

Yes, you can gain length by jelqing. I believe it depends on the percentage of your erection while you jelq. I believe it’s in the manual.
