Hey guys, I’m like an old-new guy. I have been a member of this site but was sort of inactive for a long time, life caught up with me, stuff like that. But I just recently finished the Newbie Routine and have some questions about the sensations that I should feel after working out my penis. I am not sure but I think I have read in the forums that some people experience a slight soreness when finished with the routine, but regrettably I do not feel anything besides a tingling sensation from the Kegels, but hey I’m not sure that I did it right. When I did my Kegels I felt a muscle between my scrotum and anus tightening and my BC should be located between there from what I have read in the Newbie Articles.
But I digress, my Jelqing I made sure to keep the pressure constant rotating hands; used an downward palm OK grip (felt more comfortable). I did the 200 jelqs like the routine prescribed but maybe I am over-reacting but I just want to make sure I am on the right track and if I am making any mistakes, I can correct them now before they become a habit.
Help on this situation would really be appreciated and I am really looking forward to being an active member of this forum. Thanks Again.
