Jelq Clamp Order

Hi all,

I only have time to do ~5 min jelq and ~10 min clamp as my routine every morning. I can do them in either order. Does anyone have an opinion about which is better to do first?

I really doubt that it makes much difference, but I just thought I’d ask. Jelq/Clamp seems much more common among PE’ers, but I could be talked into Clamp/Jelq being better. I like the feeling of Jelp/Clamp more, but it’s only slight.

Any opinions?

Jelq then clamp. The clamp would give you a bigger and better pump after you have jelqed than before I think.

I’ve always wondered this myself and have also come to the same conclusion. It would make sense to me that after a good jelq session that clamping would give you that little extra at the very end. Just make sure you’re very careful.
