I don’t jelq anymore because last time I jelqed, at like 40-50% erect, a little bit of blood came out. I don’t really want girth gains, I guess that’d be good. Are there any other girth exercises besides jelqs? Right now I’m just warming up, stretching for 1min each of left, right, and straight while going back, down, front, and up, warm down. Reverse and regular Kegels throughout the day, and testicular massage at the end of the day.
