I’ve experienced that exact same thing before, as have others on this forum. You just overdid it a bit. Take a break, I took 1 week off. Start very light and easy and work yourself back into a routine, but this time give yourself time to heal between workouts. Jelq blood most often comes from micro tears in the urethra which is normally a sign of overworking the penis. It’s damn scary but not considered a major injury.
If you continue PE you will have many small ‘scares’, anything from discoloration to bruising, to unexpected pain. That’s the risk involved in PE, and trust me this endeavor is not without it’s risks, just like anything that has a worthwhile reward. Learn from your mistake and continue forward.
