Jelq before stretching?

Hi guys.

Is there anyone that use to jelq before stretch?

I mean,is there a reason why normally we stretch and then do jelqs?

When i try to do little stretches after the routine,i feel like the penis is more stretchable than before the jelq session.

Will stretch minimaze jelq effects (in girth) if done after them? Or it is just good doing it first to prepare the penis to jelq?

My personal reason is just a practical one; I use lube for jelqing but I cannot stretch unless my unit is pretty dry. This is because I’m uncut and it takes a while to dry everything under the foreskin. If I were to attempt to stretch after jelqing I’d have to take a shower, dry off, then heat up again, and hope I don’t sweat too much.

In my personal experience; if you don’t think your unit is maximum stretchable when you stretch it, extend your warm up period and see if that helps. Going from 5 to 10 minutes really helped for me, plus you can start doing some light tugging, shaking or helicoptering to loosen up the tissue during your warm up.

I stretch first because I usually end each jelq with a somewhat hard stretch. The initial stretches serve as somewhat of a warmup.

Stretch, then jelq, then stretch again, then jelq again; why not mix it up?

Stretching prepares me for the friction of jelqing. Jelqing with no warm up, wet or dry, doesn’t feel good.

If you like, stretch after your session as you warmdown. I do that sometimes.

I think jelqs are more effective if done without interrupt,probably stretching too.
