Jelq before stretch?
I’ve been going through posts here in the last couple of days, and I noticed some people contribute large portion of their gains to the fact that they are jelqing before they are stretching.
I assume they are doing this because the penis feels much more “pumped” which allows stronger grab, and stronger stretch.
Been thinking about swapping the exercises as well, but would like to hear from your experience: is it better? Is it even safe?
