Jelq and Stretches - An Exercise

I am quite curious about the amount of calories lost while performing the Jelq / Stretches. Can these exercise lead to potential weight lost?

Will taking supplements (I.e protein, glutamate, etc) enhance the result from Jelq / Stretches?

In my opinion, the calorie loss will be negligible, and supplements will not affect your results.

Yesterday I went to the store and came across such pills, like ginseng, guarana and such.
Those should be helpful for your resistance, your mind, giving you more energy and everything you can imagine.

Now if I was 101% sure some of these products could help, I’d buy them.

No and no. I don’t think the calorie loss from jelqing would help your weight loss. As for the supplements, I would recommend Ginseng, green tea, sea food, fresh dairy food, and vegetables.

Of course you burn calories from jelqing. Too bad the amount is negligible like Para-Goomba said. You are burning calories just sitting there reading this message.

I take protein supplements anyways. Protein helps in the rebuilding of tissues so I would think it might effect the how long it takes to rebuild those torn ligaments. Of course don’t quote me on that because I’m not too sure. All I can say is it wouldn’t hurt to try different supplements. If they aren’t useful for PE, then they surely have some other use in the body.

I’d think that supplements, specially creatine and nitric oxide, should affect rate of growth. By how much I don’t know.

I’m thinking of getting me one or two supplements tomorrow, and I think I’m going for Ginseng, although I’m not really sure why but I think it’s better.

If you only get one supplement then I’d recommend buying BSN NO Explode, it has nitric oxide on it so it’ll increase your blood flow, guaranteed. It also has some creatine which will increase the volume of the muscles in your penis.

Heck, it might even get you motivated to go out for a jog after taking it.

Arginine is taken by a lot of guys to enhance load volume, and is discussed in many threads. It is also a vasodilator, so if you have poor circulation in your dick (which you would probably know from erectile disfunction) it could help. I notice I experienced more evident capillary damage or bruising while taking arginine, so it’s not necessarily a good thing. Inform yourself and proceed with caution. It has to be taken on an empty stomach to do any good. Some members recommend vitamin C, E, and fish oil which are needed for collagen, tissue and blood vessel reconstruction. Many have had success without them but if you want to try them look into it.

A good jelqing and clamping session tends to make me sweaty. Being aroused is going to raise your heart rate slightly, I suppose. Not much, though. If you really want to burn the calories, you could walk around while doing your exercises. Maybe stretch with one hand and do a few bicep curls with the other.

Well I’ve just bought me a supplement called Vitalité 4G.

Vitalité 4G are capsules that contain 4 things: Ginseng, Guarana, Ginger and Gelée Royal (or Royal Jelly) in combination with Acerola.

The box has 20 capsules of each 10 ml, one per day. If you look up those 4 G-words you can see that it could be very helpful when performing PE.

I’m about to use one now and then right after that doing my PE for the day. Because on the box, it says that for ‘immediate’ results you should take it right before your exercise, whatever that might be. So, 20 days of 4G and who knows I got one like King Kong himself. :D Nah, I’m only kidding, but I do think it could help me gaining faster, after read all the info of those 4 G’s.. I’ll probably post a report after 20 days.
