Jelq and Stretch Timing
So when I did my last session, I was ending off with jelqing. My unit was so filled with blood and had a really good flaccid hang afterward. This got me thinking: would it be beneficial to Jelq first, then stretch? You’ve got all this blood pumping in your flaccid, why not stretch and have it fill out the tissue being stretched? Of course, I’m new to PE so I’m not entirely sure how it works. I figured I would throw this idea out there and get some opinions from other members. Or is there an actual benefit from stretching first, then jelqing?
