jelq and still feel it in the tip.

I did a kick ass Nels session. Warmed up, got distracted with life. Went into the routine focused.

During the session. I was plump, hard, fat.

After the session I was the same. Now I still feel it slightly in the tip of my unit.

I was 70-80% eq. My question is… could this be an injury? There is no pain or anything. Is it possible that its just a strenuous session?

If it is an injury can I still stretch?
