I would like from you guys some ideas or help!! I can´t feel sore if I jelq at 40-50%, then I´m jelquing at 80-90%, due to that my lenght gains is decreasing and my girth gains increasing. What could I do? My focus is lenght gains first and then girth gains.

Just one more doubt, should I do a heating after my routine?

My routine
5 min warm up
3 min strecthing (I can´t strecth more, I can´t keep flaccid)

Usually warm. If you have had a very intense PE session or think you have done too much, use ice, as it will help with ‘unhealthy’ inflammation.

Yeah, and I´ve also heard about avoiding masturbation in PE is a good idea, that´s why I´m avoiding it.
