Jelq and Clamp on same day?
Can i first Jelq for about 25 minutes and then clamp? Is it dangerous or something?
Start: 1 feb 2008: 14,5 cm
Now: 12 sep 2008: 16,5 cm
Goal: 18 cm (1 jun 2009?)

Many people jelq and clamp right after the other, it can be fine as long as you are conditioned. For others, clamping by itself is too much! Clamping is definitely an advanced exercise. Search TP and look at some other member’s clamping routines if you’re interested.
