I have just started the stretching and jelqing exercises.and I am having a hard time knowing just how much pressure to apply. After my exercises last night I have a dark purplish “band” around my penis, just below the glans (head.) It looks like a bruise, and it is the second time it is happened.any suggestions/reasons why this is happening? Am I using too much pressure, or milking too high? Also, did all of you vets do extensive stretching combined with jelqing at the beginning? Do these cheaper “homemade” stretching devices really work? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cakefunk and welcome to the Forum!

We all have different reactions to pressure. Some bruise easily, whilst others can take quite a caning before bruising.

So it isn’t something one can generalise on The only way to go, is take it fairly easy and gradually build up the jelqing pressure and find out your ‘bruising level ’ that way. then cut back the pressure.

You will probably find that in time, your unit will take more pressure but It will be worth staying with lighter presssure for a month or two, and perhaps increasing the number of reps you do.

If you do have a “lower bruising level” I would suggest you stay away from any devices just for a while as these will very likely cause bruising if you have a greater than average tendency to bruise

So the message is ‘Give it time’. You can still make gains with lighter exercise and increased reps.

Also, I have been reading about Kegel exercises, and some say that it will increase PE, and others say that it is the best thing you can do to avoid and control orgasm.does in anyone have a definitive idea on this? Thanks again.

I think first you have to try and find which of the two main exercises can be causing the trouble .
So I would suggest ten modest (half strength) stretches

Follow that with the jelqs but drop those to 50 for two days at medium pressure.
Then (if there is no problem) move up to 75 jelqs for two days with increased pressure.
I would suggest you keep the stretches low so as not to interfere with the jelq “test” otherwise you won’t know which is causing the problem.

After a couple of sessions of 75. If OK move up to 100. Stay at that but increase the pressure. When you feel that there is no problem you can gradually increase by 10 per 2 day session (assuming you are doing 2 days on, and 1 day off).

Once you are at 100 you can then increase the stretching exercise pressure gradually. And see how you go.

As you see it’s just a simple gradual increase in the strength and reps If you have trouble then drop back after a rest, and stay at a lower number but gradually increase to more jelqs

By then you should be fairly well on the way in the Newbie routine so just keep adding on jelqs and pressure (one of those at a time) and as it were take it from there.

There is nothing scientific about this - just taking it easier really, and let your unit get used to the unusual power being applied.

You should find eventully that you can managa the full exercises. It is just that you are prone at the moment to damage, but hopefully your penis will be strengthend en-route Probably kegals act for ejaculation control and urine conrol and can help to enhance flaccid girth (ie make it lokk bigger).

Kegals are really just pushing spurts of blood into your penis which makes it fuller and makes the muscles at the bottom of the penis stronger (Those ones that you can feel move when you do kegals) And you can do them as much as you like.
