So my current size is bpel 6.75 and 4.75 eg
I’ve begun on the newbe program today and will update info as I proceed. It’s been a big help reading others stories as no one wants to make this effort unless there is a fairly resonable chance of a payoff in length and girth.
Ok, another funny addition is I told the girl I been seein for 1 month that I’m doin this ( I was bored and texted her it.ha response was .’ look I really don’t want to talk about it at this rate there will be no romance left in our relationship .I want it to be special )
Well I figure she will get something special if it all works out !
Ok so after lots of research I kinda figure this - I ve got to weaken my ligament joining my pubic bone through the stretches - when you do a full clockwise stretch if you feel your pubic bone with the other hand you can feel the ligament ( it’s on both sides like to nasty pieces of string holding my inner penis out of the way ) I figure I’m going to concentrate on trying to push out this inner penis with my other hand whilst doing stretches - by grabbing the length of it from either sides or from under balls and pushing up whilst performing the stretches - dunno if this will work but I’m going to give it a go as I recon it’s sleeping and needs bit of encouragement. So on beginners program for now. I’ll update this thread if I begin to see any results. I know this has been asked a million times but how long did it take you to get your inch improvement ? Thanks to everyone who writes on this great forum and it has been the fact that I do trust what your saying that I’m hopefull that I will have a similar improvement to the rest of you here. Short term goal of 3 months bpel 7.5 eg 5.25

Mid term goal of 6 months bpel 8.00 eg 5.5

Long term goal of 18 months bpel 8.5 eg 6.1

Your short terms goals looks very possible, but my advice is to just stay on the newbie routine for no more than 4 weeks if you want to gain your short term goal within 3 months. (Talking through my own experience).

After the newbie routine you should start mainly stretching and jelqing (30 min for each, with some muscle to it, but you have to sense this on your own) and remember to do -amazing isometrics- I have lately figured out that it’s really essential to better gains.

Amazing isometrics: I do it usually in the morning when I automatically get morning wood, make sure that’s it’s really hard and standing up, now while laying down or standing upright slowly and gently, push your penis towards the floor. Go as far as you can comfortably go but not further than parallel to the floor (90 degrees) Very slowly, and with great care, begin to flex your PC Muscle by doing a Kegel and hold it- Do not allow your hand to be moved by your penis as your penis fights against your hand to raise back up. Hold it for 20 sec do it 5-6 times.
