Is the JAI stretch just stretching your penis, or are you flexing some muscles at the same time?


Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

what i found very important at doing JAIs is reverse kegeling - qafter you have inhaled, and the whole time untill you dont exhale, make one long reverse kegel. its great and it feels like you really PE while doing it.
