I am not a noobie to P.E. But I do not have privilege to post in the main members forum, so please move it there.
I am currently using J-Stretches as a part of my routine. So far I have be stretching straight out while standing. This type of pull gives me
a good stretch in the base of my penis. Lately, I started experimenting with pulling at a little lower angle the straight out. This give me a little
less of a base pull but it also adds a nice stretch to the ligs. What is the proper way to do J-stretches and which part of the penis are they meant to stretch? I feel as though it may be more beneficial to use the one that gives me a more overall stretch, then a more focus stretch on the base.
