(literally, hundreds, working my way from the oldest threads to the newest) and have not seen this question:
Can manual stretches be replaced by and ADS, static stretch, or just using an ADS for 15-30 minutes (which is longer than my 10 minute manual stretch session). I mean, it is still stretching your penis, so why not? Anyone got input for this?

And also, when using an ADS, do you have to do a warmup before using it?

And sorry if repost. I really haven’t seen this in the many threads I have read.

Depends, IF your using an extender then id say yes but still wouldn’t be as good as manual stretches in my opinion. No if it’s a ADS that just keeps your dick stretched like a autoxsleeve or a homemade ADS because they won’t put enough force on the stretch! I think an ADS is best to keep your dick extended after either hanging or manual stretching.

Thanks. And how does the ADS (homemade) not put enough force? Can’t you just pull the band you wrap around your leg and just pull it lower for a better stretch? (don’t have one, need to make one, so am not aware of whether this will work). Or maybe use a band that is less elastic so it puts a constant and consitent stretch?

That may constrict blood flow too much, for to long of a time frame.

Th e difference between manual stretches and ads, it’s the power. I think with good manual stretchs, gains come faster.

I used a jes extender for 2yrs and got the same results in 2 months doing manuals. The force of your hand and arm can’t be compared to any any spring or rubber band.

I only use it after manuals now. Feels like keeps the stretch better somehow.
