I've Hit a Dead End

Hi Guys in my first 4months of PEing I went from 4.75 to 6.5 in length and gained no girth was gained. Now for the last 3 months I have gained nothing. My routine is 200 jelqs and 2 hours with an ADS for 5 days a week. I have focused on length because I read that you get your length to your desired goal before working on girth (I dream of the 8x6). I don’t know what to try next, do I need to gain some girth with clamping, before I gain more length? Or should I look into a change of routine or even hanging?

My stats are 6.5 ELBP 4.25EG

Any suggestions would be a great help!

Just to make sure: You do understand that those are winning the lottery type gains. More length gained than most guys will get in their entire PE career. No joke.

Figure that your 3 months of 0 gains counts as a cementing routine if nothing else. I would strongly consider taking a decon break. See if you can, even if only for a brief while, return to your starting gains of nearly 1/2” per month.

I know I was very lucky with my length gains, I thought it would take a year or so to get to 6”, so anything from now on is a bonus to me, but I would really like to see some sort of improvement again, just to know I’m on the right track.

What do you mean by decon break? Is that just a short break from PE?

It is a not so short Deconditioning break. That is probably your most successful search term for this topic as well.

The idea is that when you were new and before your pecker toughened up you were getting phenomenal gains. So take a break and let your meat un-toughen up! Hopefully returning to its malleable, pre-PE, state. This strategy has been successful for many guys.

Your PE routine contains no stretching at all?

I do no manual stretching, but I do 2 hours with my ADS.

How long would you recommend taking a break for? Would I lose much size doing this?

I do not think that you would loose any size by doing this, no. Plenty of guys do loose, some loosing big, if they take the risk of stopping an active PE regime Cold Turkey. But you have spent the last three months PEing with zero gains. Hopefully that will have cemented your previous gains and locked them in.

As to how long you would need to decon? Haven’t got a clue. Do a search/crawl and start reading, keeping in mind that you are probably less toughened up than others that have tried a decon break.

Also, you have a rather unique option open to you. Simply start adding in stretching and see what happens!

Ok I think I am going to take a 4 week decon break, from what I have read decon breaks are more related with hanging and clamping rather than manual. I will then pick up my routine slowly try that for 2 months if nothing comes of this then I will try hanging.

Hanging is considered an advanced exercise. See how much you gain after the break with manual stretches first.
