I've gone from 4.1 EG to 4.5 EG in 1 month
I’m pretty exited!! I’ve gone up .4 of on inch in girth since I started PE!!
My routine is as follows:
10 min warmup
200 wet jelqs every 50 I stop and do squeezes (ok grip at base ad ok grip just behind head and squeeze then hold for 10 sec)
Then 20 Ulis (basically jelq but stop half way and pump 5 times)
10 min warm down
QUICK AND EASY!! :)
