I've gone from 14,5cm to 16cm in 1,5month.

I’ve done PE in the past.. Did some clamping for a while. But stopped PE’ing alltogheter for a period.
Recently I’ve decided to start pe’ing again but this time by the textbook.

Using the newbieroutine.. I’ve gone from 14.5cm to 16cm in 5/6 weeks.
My routine is (with warm-up offcourse)
Off
Jelq 10/15min.. Manual clamp 5/10min.
Off
Jelq 10/15min.. Manual clamp 5/10min.
Off
Jelq 10/15min.. Manual clamp 5/10min.
Off.

I have also been taking L-arginintine,
My eq is rockhard, never been this good.

My problem is I havent gained any girth.. Eventhough I implemented manual clamping in my routine.
My goal is more inclined towards girth then length.. Offcourse the extra length is always good!

I want to upgrade my routine.whats next from this step?
Longer jelqing? 2days on 1 day off?

And how can I get more girth.. No gains there so far..

I get an 100% erection. Then clamp the base of my unit as hard as I can with my index finger and thumb. I keep it clamped for a minute then do the same thing with my other hand.

Congrats for gains. There are 2 golden rules in PE:
1) if it is working, don’t change a thing;
2) any gains is blessed.

If you are having length gains, go on, unless you absolutely don’t want more length at all. Once your length goal is achieved, you can change to a ‘girth focused’ routine.

We can speculate that the tunica layer that determine your girth is stronger than the tunica layer responsible for length, so even changing excersises you could have troubles augmenting the thickness.

What’s your EG, by the way?

My eg is 4,7inch.
So I need to focus on length first, and keep using the same routine?
I will implement longer jelqing instead of the manual clamping, since the manual clamping doesnt have any effect and jelqing does.

Do not change a thing to your routine until you have stopped gaining for a extended period of time - anything from a month up can be considered an extended amount of time.

You can, if you so wish, increase the amount of jelqs you do.

As a general rule, length comes first, then girth. Two reasons for this:

1) It’s harder to gain length after doing girth work.
2) Clamping, and other forms of girth exercises tend to be more dangerous then the basic set of manual exercises. Before going for any girth I highly recommend you condition you penis, not to mention learn how to differentiate between the physical sensations you get while exercising your unit.

Did I get this right? You used the newbie routine, did the stretches and this part of your post you just focused in the jelq thing, right? (Or none a stretch at all?)
Because, wow, great gains in length!
