I've gone from 14,5cm to 16cm in 1,5month.
I’ve done PE in the past.. Did some clamping for a while. But stopped PE’ing alltogheter for a period.
Recently I’ve decided to start pe’ing again but this time by the textbook.
Using the newbieroutine.. I’ve gone from 14.5cm to 16cm in 5/6 weeks.
My routine is (with warm-up offcourse)

Jelq 10/15min.. Manual clamp 5/10min.
Off

I have also been taking L-arginintine,
My eq is rockhard, never been this good.
My problem is I havent gained any girth.. Eventhough I implemented manual clamping in my routine.
My goal is more inclined towards girth then length.. Offcourse the extra length is always good!
I want to upgrade my routine.whats next from this step?
Longer jelqing? 2days on 1 day off?
And how can I get more girth.. No gains there so far..
