I've gained 1 cm, 0.4 inch, in length in one week

I've gained 1 cm, 0.4 inch, in length in one week

I can’t really believe it. But I measured the penis 3 days in a row before the enlargement and now after a little bit more than one week (about 5 workouts). The results? : I have gained about one cm. Before I was 15.5 cm BP but now I’m 16.5 cm!

How is it possible??

Here is my routine:

3 min wake up cloth
5 min stretch downwards
100 wet jelqs (about 8 min)
2 min wake up cloth
10 min fowfer/2 times.
2 min massage on the penis.

So it’s about 20 minutes concentrated work and 20 minutes extra but only sitting on the penis beside the computer.

Note-able: During this days I had some shrinkage during the days.

Gotta love newbie gains. Just keep it up. Dont change your routine! its working so dont even think about changing anything. Just keep doing what your doing.

Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

That’s great man. I’m guessing your new to PE so I wouldn’t expect quick gains to keep happening like that though. Keep it up! (No pun intended)

GOAL------> NBPEL:8.25 EG:6.5

Okey! I can strongly recommend this because it don’t take so much time. I can say also that I’m in the beginning worked with the newbie routine but I changed it because I didn’t see any good PI’s.

I believe that stretching in the same direction for several minutes is way better then altering duration after every stretch.
