I've done 7 newbie routine jelqs and no change possible negative change

I have done the stickied 2 on 1 off newbie routine for 7 times so far (2x on 1x off 2x on 1x off 2x on 1x off and today)

And I have noticed that my erections haven’t changed EQ hasn’t changed erections aren’t really much different and I used to be 6.5 but now I can only seem to get to 6” (length). Also my regular EG of 5.5” is sort of there but my dick isn’t completely erect..

I am stretching properly, I’m pretty sure my jelqing force isn’t too hard and I normally jelq at 70% erection. Am I not jelqing hard enough? I also do know my warm up is very good

7 sessions are not enough to have measurable growth. You should notice better EQ after the very first session though, hard to know why that isn’t happening. Try taking one extra day of rest, maybe you are a bit overworked. Or do two separate sessions: one day jelqs, the other day stretches.

I just checked the jelqing video, is it perhaps that I was jelqing incorrectly? I would “milk” my dick with one hand and then let go and then go to the next hand, is that bad? I’m supposed to put my other hand on the base before I let go of the hand at the glans, correct?

No I don’t it can’t be that the cause, although you can improve your technique of course. Mastering jelqs requires a hell of time, but the nice thing is that even those who jelqs incorrectly do have EQ increase. Don’t use a OK grip as shown in the videos though, use a parallel or C-grip.

Are you sure, isn’t the point of jelqing supposed to be for trapping blood what I mean is that I let go of the hand at the glans before applying the second hand wouldn’t that do something? So is the OK grip bad for jelqing, would it cause a loss in EQ? Also what is the parallel or C-grip?

Give it more time. I’m sure you’re not loosing size. Maybe you’re overdoing it and your EQ is suffering. Or maybe you need to hide the ruler for 3 months.

Well its not really the size that’s bothering me, its the EQ that hasn’t improved to almost decreased, do you use and OK grip when you jelq?

You are more likely to going at it to hard than not enough. Too hard will hurt EQ because you will turtle and get smaller.

The idea is to pump a lot of blood into it and stretch the tissue so you don’t want to let go between strokes.

You could be doing too much as well and you EQ drops. Or, like me, there’s some other unrelated unknown ED that causes very low EQ

When you are doing it properly, your EQ will skyrocket and you will normally get a raging hard erection that will require delaying your set until you’re back to a semi before you do anymore reps and injure it.

When it come to the amount of rest, it’s hard to say. It would depend on the individual and your workout.

If you’re one of the guys that does 200 strokes and hangs 25pounds 3 times a day, you should give it a considerable rest.

If you only do a few gentle strokes and light stretches, a good nights sleep will be more than enough rest to do the same the next day.

Any amounts between the two extremes, and you will have to figure out what works for you. I, myself like to go the fewer, lighter, more gentle route and not risk injuring my dick

But all to their own!
