For about a year I’ve been on and off with the whole PE scene, mostly just investigating and checking what do I want to get and how..
After searching and searching for some kind of miracle device that would let me continue with my life without a change and get my penis bigger, I’ve realized that it’s probably not possible.. And that PE can’t be avoided if you want to really make it work, even if you have every gadget out there.
Anyway, I’ve already done a little PE before so I’m just restarting the very first program:
5 minutes warm up (just massaging my penis and putting the hot rice sock)
30 sec stretches up+straight+down+left+right
50 jelqs
50 kegels
Warm down (shower)
I add a few mini sessions during the day when I go to the bathroom, they are something like
20 sec stretches up+down
10-15 jelqs
