Sorry for my english, this is not my principle language.

I would love is someone more veteran than me could evaluate my current routine:

10 minutes jelqing
30 minutes pump (bathmate low pressure)
10 minutes jelqing
15 minutes clamping
10 minutes jelqing
15 minutes clamping

Should I change something? Thanks.

Sounds like way too much to me, over an hour of jelqing, pumping and clamping? If you’re a beginner, I’d think this routine is more likely to cause an injury than growth.

Are you an experienced PE’er? Have you done this routine, for how long, what frequency, and what were your results?

That is excessive - too much.

How long have you been doing PE?
