Hi guys,

I tried the newbie routine months ago for 1 month exactly. I did not gain any length, just a little girth. The problem was my penis was darker (it was already too dark to me before) than usual and it really made me uncomfortable. I did all the newbie routine, which means even the hot wraps before and after (5 minute each time).
The color came back to what it was before after some time, but now I´m insecure to start over with Jelq. So, after thinking a little bit I saw the only thing that I really wanted was length. So we are back to the question on the Title.

It´s possible to gain length with only manual stretches? I don´t really want to buy stretchers.

By the way, my length is 15,5 cm (6,1 inches not bone pressed). I want to achieve 17 cm (6,69 inches), but if I can dream maybe 18 cm (7,08 inches), for me the ideal size.

P.S.: Sorry if this message is not well written, English is not my first language and I do not know Spanish.

Like many others, I gained 2.5cm with only manual tunica stretches, and it keeps growing at a steady pace.

26-Nov-2014 (sin la consistencia que quiero)= Flac: 10 cm. Erection (BP): 14 cm. / NBP 12.9 cm. / Girth (Grosor): 12 cm.

Short term goal (Meta a corto plazo): 15 cm x 13 cm. Final Goal (Meta Final): 20 cm. x 16 cm.

Sure, I can tell you all the exercises I’m using, but I don’t have any routine, I simply use the ones that feel like a good stretch, till that sensation is gone, one day at a time.

The one I used the most is a basic one-hand stretch, up and forward-ish angles, thumb on the head, palm facing the roof. you can reinforce the grip with the other hand. It had the benefit to extend the head too.

This year I gained quite a bit from pulling behind the head instead, forward, palm facing the floor, with the other hand pulling near the base. It hits the inner penis harder.

I started with V stretches but don’t use them much now, unless I am particulary tense on one side or the other.

I don’t pull down, left or right.


Before : Bpel 5.6"

Now : Bpel 6.7"

I can’t get the hang of jelqing to point were I’m proficient at it, so I do more manual stretches to compensate. Here’s hoping it works!

What is it about jelqing that feels like you can’t get the hang of it?

Yes, its possible to gain with just manual stretches. I’m currently on a heavy stretch routine myself because I want to gain more length that girth seeing as I’m pretty thick already (around 6.2 MSEG). Problem is I love girth work, so gaining length with my girth is a bit difficult and takes hard work, hence my stretch routine. I still do jelq though. It help with converting flaccid stretch gains into erect gains.

Yes, it’s possible. I’ve gained 1cm in length in three months with newbie routine. And some mm in girth.

Ing77, the exercise señoritas, haven’t caused you lowered you erection angle? Some fellows have told me the have great EQ but in a lower angle.

Did your NBPEL increase too along with your 3.5 cm increase in BPEL?

And If your’e NBPEl length increased by how many cm’s did it increase?

Yes my Nbpel always follow my Bpel increase. Sometimes it can take a while but when my EQ is fully back i can see the Nbpel gains too.

Maybe because my fat pad is only 0.4 i can measure the gains more easily.
If you make Bpel but no Nbpel gains the only reason i can imagine is too much skin at the base of the penis.

So what kind of streches did you do?

I’m trying to get NBPEL gains and I’m pulling with a greater force than before.
