It's official, I've lost after...2 weeks? Help? Suggestions?
So 2 weeks ago everything was looking great. Great EQ, 6.9” Nbpel, and 7.6” Bpel, and like 0.4” gain in EG.
I also had my BPFSL up to 8.25. Luckily I still do have that. But let me tell you whats happened now.
Firstly, my penis feels colder and my head has shrunk but thats been happening for awhile now. I do my kegels though. My Flaccid hang looks and feels a lot smaller but ive measured and its still there at 4.1” nbp. My erect length also looks and feels smaller and this is where the problem is. I just tried measuring again and I got as close as I could to my best EQ and I measure at 7.25” BP and like 6.7” NBP. Now this may not seem like a big deal but to others but this a big blow to my self esteem.
The only thing I could see that has made this happen is that I dont do rigorous stretch excercises much anymore. Maybe one out of three of my routines consists of stretching. The rest is just jelqing but I have decent girth at about 5.6-7” and need to focus on my length. Will anyone suggest anything?
