It's official, I've lost after...2 weeks? Help? Suggestions?

So 2 weeks ago everything was looking great. Great EQ, 6.9” Nbpel, and 7.6” Bpel, and like 0.4” gain in EG.

I also had my BPFSL up to 8.25. Luckily I still do have that. But let me tell you whats happened now.

Firstly, my penis feels colder and my head has shrunk but thats been happening for awhile now. I do my kegels though. My Flaccid hang looks and feels a lot smaller but ive measured and its still there at 4.1” nbp. My erect length also looks and feels smaller and this is where the problem is. I just tried measuring again and I got as close as I could to my best EQ and I measure at 7.25” BP and like 6.7” NBP. Now this may not seem like a big deal but to others but this a big blow to my self esteem.

The only thing I could see that has made this happen is that I dont do rigorous stretch excercises much anymore. Maybe one out of three of my routines consists of stretching. The rest is just jelqing but I have decent girth at about 5.6-7” and need to focus on my length. Will anyone suggest anything?

Oh and one more thing. About a week ago it was the end of summer and I had a high level of alcohol intake for a couple of days. As always, the morning after my penis felt a bit smaller and probably was. I didnt measure until now because it actually started to bug me. Its starting to look like my pre-PE penis.

Well I think stretching may be your key issue, I would make it a part of your warmups at the very least.

I figure thats a big part of the problem.

But a loss of 0.25” EL in 2 weeks!?!?!? Obviously something must have contributed to the loss because my penis still gets stretched while jelqing?

Well jelqing won’t stretch it that much. When I did three months of just jelqing I got pretty much no gains. Now I’ve been manual stretching along with my jelqing and have gained close to an inch in 5 months. Also, my measurements will vary. Sometimes I can lose about .25 of what I’m capable of being due to the time of day (early morning for some reason is always smaller or if it’s cold in the room). Don’t underestimate the power of the manual stretches. I’m making great gains with them.

Thanks a lot. Im thinking Im gonna reincorporate and make them even a bit more intense? See how things go.
