It's been one month, and I've already had growth

Hi I’m on linear newbie routine for 4 weeks and I have already seen grow, unfortunately only thing that grown is my foreskin.. Don’t know if I’m doing anything bad or what actually I’m doing 10 min of warm up 40 wet jelqs and 10 min warm down. I have noticed better EQ which is good sign but but no grow in length nor in flaccid and I definitely don’t want to have slouchy foreskin.

Any advices?

You might try doing some stretches, and cut down on the jelqing. Also try holding your foreskin back at the base so your hand slides over the foreskin rather than pulling it

What do you use for the wet jelqs? If it is simply water then something like a cream to help sliding over the foreskin might be of use.

Perhaps stretching with your free hand placed so you can bend your penis over it to stretch it . Then change hands and stretch in the other direction over your inert wrist.

Skin back when you jelq. I also have lots of foreskin when I’m soft so I have to watch that.

I use the skin to help with the jelq. I dont use any lube. Not saying I’m right but that’s the way I do it.

Great job on your gains. Make sure you document them. A good way is too keep them in your signature!!

If I was you I would watch your morning wood. Make sure everyday you wake up with a rock hard on if not let yourself rest some more.

Also keep doing the newbie routine and soak up as many gains as you can get.

Fore skin jelq

Try letting your skin slide back and forth over the penis. I to still have my fore skin and became aware of the same issue when I started PE. When I jelq I gently grip my penis behind the glans slide the fore skin back kegel in more blood jelq apply pressure and jelq forward and repeat I do this for a count and then switch hands making sure to always jelq equally with both hands to avoid any possible deformation such as developing a twist one way or the other. This works great for me and you don’t even need lube. As far as kegeling in more blood it is not necessary and is easy to over do it.

At original poster. Just add in some stretches. I’ve seen newbies who do like 200+ jelqs and 10 minutes of stretching a month into PE. You’re basically doing a Pre newbie routine.

I think it’s better to under train than over train. Just Don’t want to over rush anything I have only one unit.

Yep and you’ve under trained clearly, so throw some stretching in so you are actually training? Just my advise, you can do whatever you please. You were right to be cautious and not do so much though.
