How should I get back into the whole PE thing?

I heard I should start jelqing 150 times then wait two days and do it again and just do this 6 times and then give it a break, no stretching

Like a modified newbie routine..

Will I still see length or girth gains?

Where should I begin?

If you have been away from the exercises for a bit, start at the beginning with the Newbie Routine. Or, do some reading and some guys have had luck with splitting how they do the routine.

What do you know about the modified newbie routine I posted about, I can’t find info about it in search

I wish I had worked up to the newbie routine, rather than start it from day one.
