A while back I remember reading here that reducing the intensity of your program significantly produces the same or better results. Can I get confirmation?

What I mean is, instead of starting at 10 min of jelq, only 1 or 2 is necessary

Try doing a search using ‘reducing intensity’. A fair number of threads come up so you may be able to find what you want there.

I read it, and basically now my routine: ( just started again after several months a few yrs ago of not much progress)

Warmup, some light stretching

Jelq at a medium pace about 25-40 strokes
Conclude with 10 seconds of Uli

2-3 minutes of behind the sack stretches held for 10 sec

Thats it! Every other day. I’ll increase by a few strokes every week.
