its been 2 1/2 months since i started

im newbie, its been 2 months and 8 days since i started doing this PE

my first month was 5 min hot wrap, 5 min stretching, 10 mins jelqing, and then finally 5 min hot wrap

after my 1 month and a half, i started doing hanging, i make a captains wench, and i bought a halogen 150w flood light its the easiest and cheapest i can buy, since i cant find and infrared light in my place. I started hanging with 1 kilo or 2.2 lbs using my dumbel plates

my program is 5 min heating on halogen its hot one 1 feet distance then hanging for 15 mins 3 times to 4 times then doing it again at night, my resting days are vary depends on me, i want to rest i rest, if not i dont rest, im feeling my penis, the problem with using halogen is it will get you sweat like you are exercising your whole body,

after a month of hanging, i didnt see any length improvement, or maybe i just cant measure it properly, but i think i improved .25 at length and .15 on girth.

also i stopped jelqing when i started hanging.

now im changing my program to hanging in the morning then manual stretching and then jelqing at night and see if any good improvements will happen

my biggest problem with using captains wench is it hurts the skin, maybe because im only using a cloth as wrap i dont have theraband plus captains wench can stop blood circulation, im using a hose clamp as clamp, i also use captains wench as all day stretcher but i only do it few days and stopped it, because i find it uncortable to the head of my penis it gets cold and dark color so i stopped using it.

so my programs are here

first month and a half newbie
5 min hot wrap
5 min stretch
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap

after a month a half newbie
5 min heating on halogen
15 mins 3 times to 4 times while heated hanging 2.2 lbs after a month now im on 3.3
5 mins heating again
doing it again at night sometimes

now on my 2 and a half month im chaging my program

morning
5 mins heat
15 min x 4 times hanging on heat at 3.3lbs
5 min heat

night
5 mins heat
10 min manual stretch
10 mins jelqing
5 min heat

NO injury happen in my progress at all, no discoloration etc etc. so im keeping on my progress, im still newbie ill see result after 6 months or after new year because i started this year June, January is my 6th month. and ill see if i gained or not, because i find it a little gain or almost nothing in my first 2 a half month, but even if there is no gain, is okay, because my penis is getting used to it and i find it easier to do execises, like jelqing and hanging,
