Itchiness Around Head
First post here but I have been PEing manually for about 7 months with jelqing, stretching, and kegels. I have gained about 3/4” in EL and 1/4” in EG. Happy with my gains but seeking much more.
Last week I had one jelq where I felt like I squeezed a little too hard and felt a quick sensation in my head that made me decide to grip a little less tightly. This sensation has happened to me before and I have just seen it as my body telling me to loosen my grip somewhat. It has never caused any persisting sensations. I finished my workout and thought nothing of it, and the next day the head felt a little itchy on the underside, but I was able to complete another workout that day just fine.
Weekend went by with great PIs, night morning wood etc, had sex and performed well. Occasionally felt a little itchiness or achiness in or around the head throughout the weekend but it slowly decreased in frequency as the weekend wore on until going away entirely yesterday.
Did my workout yesterday (5 min hot wrap/kegels, 15 min jelq, 10 min stretch, 5 min wrap) and felt that same “ease up” sensation in my dick head around 10 or 11 minutes in to jelqing. I noticed a purple spot on the head after the workout was over, and today I have a decent amount of itchiness on the underside of the head along with occasional tingling.
I have searched around, and it seems like itchiness can be seen as positive or negative. This itchiness is not irritated skin I don’t think, it feels a little bit more interior to the head. I have another workout planned for today, was considering just doing 5 minutes of easy jelqs and going from there. Trying to figure out if my itchiness is related to squeezing too hard and if I should take some time off or if I should just go at it easy and see what happens.
