Keep it steady, read up all you can on the techniques. NEVER just carry on if you get pain or injury - you must rest for a few days. If you do all this, I am sure you will easily reach your goal, maybe even accidentally go beyond it :)

I feel you on the girth side dude it’s real depressing being on the thin side I’ve been there. So my routine? Well I’m afraid to say it was just the newbie routine which I checked and you are already doing.

This is my second sprint at PE, the first bring two months with zero gains like yourself. I took a month break and came back to try again and this time it worked.

One thing I did differently was that after a session I put a hair scrunchy around my cock and balls to trap (or make it more difficult for) blood after a session. Not too tight just enough to keep a plump flaccid. I wood keep these scrunchys on all night and just kept waking up and checking my little man. No problems.

Another thing I did was loosely tie a piece of string underneath the glans because I’d read on another post that uncircumcised glans were slightly increased in size if left exposed a while. I found over a period of a week or two this was true albeit marginally.

Also it had the side effect of when I got a semi blood was not trapped, I’d say slightly restricted in between my gland and base so the middle of my cock bulged slightly. Like I said it was only slightly, no pain, no discomfort, little discoloration. Bigger plump flaccid most of the time with little turtling, which was handy because I was considering buying one of those steals inner wear thingies.

I cannot guarantee that it was that or the jelqing that increased my girth. All I can guarantee is that it has increased and I finally can confirm that PE is real. I was just wondering about how certain you are with your measurements. AKA, are you like me in that you measured your dick many times before getting into PE, and you never, EVER got above 4.4 MEG before PE? My reason for asking is partly to question whether you believe your gains are just EQ gains, or whether you believe that your cock actually grew. I’m sure it’s a bit of both. And another reason I’m asking is just extra reassurance for myself that this works. I started the newbie routine for a few months, got awesome flaccid gains for the time-being, but then injured myself by being overzealous! Currently sitting out until September :/

Many, many guys claim ‘gains’ of 1/8 inch or so, but really it’s most likely due to EQ or when they first measured they weren’t as hard as the second time they measured. I truly believe your post…I just want to get more insight into how CERTAIN you were about the size of your cock before you began PE.

I’ve measured my dick approximately 643 billion times, and even w/ Cialis in my system have never measured over 4.75 beg, 5.75 nbp and 4.5 meg…so even a 1/8 inch gain for me I know for damn sure is a gain and not just EQ! Again, hope you don’t take my post the wrong way, and congratulations! I’m happy for you and I don’t even know you lol

Hey dude. Yeah I understand your questions 100% as I had the same doubts/scepticism/dubiousness before when I used to read into gains of 1/8 or more on threads here and at PE gym.

But I can hopefully give you a thread of hope by saying that I can absolutely guarantee that my penis is fatter now than it was before I started. I was a long time lurker and I measured myself almost daily for about 6 months before I started this journey. I was alway the same. 5NBPEL and 4.4MEG.

So I started playing round doing a few stretched, struggling to Jelq properly for a couple of months and my stats changed to 5.25-5.5 at a push although these would be best case scenario and I couldn’t hold it for long and 4.5MEG. I attribute these gains to improved EQ because my technique was off and I had no idea when to stop and rest.

Then I plateaued and remained at the same girth and length for another month before the quitter in me won. I didn’t believe it to be true thinking how ridiculous I was to fall for an Internet scam. I measured myself every other masturbation session out if some weird morbid fascination with my cock and honestly it never, ever went above 4.5MEG. Not even base girth or when my cock shrank and got slightly fatter before my erection completely went.

Then I left it a few months and started back as I started seeing this girl. I told her i was poorly endowed and she said she didn’t care and wanted to be with me and when I said could I try and improve myself she said sure but be careful.

Well for me I never kept SUPER detailed flaccid measurements - again another mistake. Now that I have a year off, I’m making certain to record flaccid lengths and girths in various stages of flaccid hang. My flaccid varies a LOT. The absolute smallest it gets is about 2.75” in length…babyish! This is usually during intensive workouts, and it’s normal for the penis to shrink as blood flows to other muscles that need it more. The odd thing is, about 1.5 - 2 hours after those intensive workouts (lots of cardio, but also weight lifting, lots of leg involvement - I do p90X), and after I’ve had a good post-workout meal in me, I’ll have the best flaccid hangs of my life…probably about 4.75” hang and a nice, low ball hang. Honestly something I wouldn’t mind walking around in public naked with. It’s a shame those hangs only come with workouts (lasts throughout the whole night usually). I believe it has something to do with your capillaries (the body’s smallest blood vessels) being temporarily dialated, but also something to do with the body’s release of HGH and Testosterone during these type of workouts (for example HGH secretion increases something like 400% percent after a good session of interval sprints).

To get more to your question, the reason I knew I was getting flaccid gains was that after about a month in, my flaccid was hanging like those post workout flaccids, but during the day, without working out! Even in the mornings - and I’ve always been a guy who is hung like a little kid (balls sucked up, flaccid around 3.25” or so) in the mornings. Mine is pitiful in the first half of the day then slowly as night approaches my balls start to hang loser and my flaccid gets a little longer (3.75”, maybe 4”. Even longer right before I go to bed). But through jelqing (I had stopped manual stretches at this point due to lig pain, 30 second holds a la Newbie Routine is too much to start with for my sensitive unit), I was having these amazing (for me) 4.75”+ flaccid hangs all day, even during the mornings! I mean I would pull my cock out to piss at work and I would just be stunned - by the heaviness of it, the look and feel of it, and the fact that I could easily walk over to the urinal to piss and not be embarrassed. It felt empowering to say the least.

Now that I’ve stopped jelqing, these have gone away, but the travesty is that I got injured just about the time I started seeing these significant flaccid improvements. Had I been able to continue, I’m extremely optimistic that these gains would have cemented and remained. It really does suck for me that I’m having to ditch the jelq out of my routine, because I feel that jelqs are extremely effective (when done properly and carefully, not squeezing too hard and not trying to always beat the number of reps you reached in your previous session). Doesn’t mean much, but around that time I also measured my NBPEL and it measured 1/8 inch (one little black line) above 5.75, and for my whole life since I was 17 (I’m in my mid 20’s now) it has never measured above this. So EQ or not, my dick was bigger that day!

Of course it’s back to the ol’ 5.75 now, but that’s because I couldn’t stick with PE. Sticking with it, as the vets have posted, is the only way to cement gains. I only hope that maybe sometime late next year I can re-incorperate the jelq with much less reps into my routine. My current plan is to start very, very light pumping mixed in with manual stretches in September, and I’m hoping this will be enough for at least some improvement in the meantime.

So yeah, flaccid gains should come, especially with the jelq…just remember what I said and don’t always try to up the number of reps every session, bc that will get you hurt! You might feel like you can push through and do more, as if you’re ‘stronger’ than last session, but go against this urge, or you could be in my position! If you’re at a number of reps that is getting you real girth gains, which you are, then stick with that routine until it stops working for certain! On a sidenote, having a progress thread to record your workouts, etc is another way to really keep yourself motivated and also help out other PE’ers in their endeavors. Absolutely I will continue updating. I’ve been so amazed that I’ve grown Ive measured every morning since and it’s definitely still bigger.

As regards to your flaccid I completely understand the feeling of being hung like a boy. My balls suck up and I’m 3 inch to 3.5 on a good day and painfully thin. My boxers nearly register I’m a man at all. Post workout is better but as of yet it still doesn’t last longer than a few hours.
