Hi everyone!

I started PE on May 28th. I am still doing the newbie routine but with some variations. I just realized something that I should have known a long time ago!

Whenever I was doing manual stretches (mostly pull and hold), I usually felt an intense pressure in my gland. What happened was that when I grip, I also forced some blood into the gland. I didn’t realize why I was feeling the intense feeling in the gland before I could feel my penis was being stretched from pulling. I always thought that it was normal. HOW WRONG WAS I!!?

Then yesterday I went back to re-read the tuturial and realized that I should adjust the intense of my grip by slowly releasing the grip to let out some blood that was trapped in the gland (before pulling). Nonetheless to say that my manual stretch was great! today I could feel the stretch from pulling my penis than feel the intense pressure built up in my gland.

Has anyone noticed about this?

What do you mean by your gland? Also i’ve been stretching for 2 months now and it’s amazing how you build up a stretch stanima. I can hold my stretches for 2 mins in any direction, when i first started i could barely get by doing 30 sec’s.

It is glans, not glands. G - L - A - N - S. :) A lot of people seem to call it “glands”.

I kind of understand stretching more now than I did a few days ago. I also felt more pressure and pain from yanking on the head too hard, rather than feeling the actual stretch, so I’ll try this technique (maybe that’s what I’ve been doing wrong all along). Thanks!

What I did was when I grip, I would adjust it by release a bit of grip to let some of the blood out of the glan. I realized that it is hard for me to achieve 100% soft penis for stretching. I somehow would erect 10-20% to start, and then fluctuate between 5-20% erection level while stretching. This makes sense why when I grip, I also force some of the blood (from erection) into the glan.

Am I confusing you? LOL
