It took me more than 1 month to realize this!
I started PE on May 28th. I am still doing the newbie routine but with some variations. I just realized something that I should have known a long time ago!
Whenever I was doing manual stretches (mostly pull and hold), I usually felt an intense pressure in my gland. What happened was that when I grip, I also forced some blood into the gland. I didn’t realize why I was feeling the intense feeling in the gland before I could feel my penis was being stretched from pulling. I always thought that it was normal. HOW WRONG WAS I!!?
Then yesterday I went back to re-read the tuturial and realized that I should adjust the intense of my grip by slowly releasing the grip to let out some blood that was trapped in the gland (before pulling). Nonetheless to say that my manual stretch was great! today I could feel the stretch from pulling my penis than feel the intense pressure built up in my gland.
Has anyone noticed about this?
Learning how to grip is an art itself. LOL
