I succeeded to keep PE for more than 2 months with only a couple of short breaks (3-4 days). I began with ~45 dry jelqs and 5 manual stretches and added additionally 100 jelqs and 10 stretches over time (2 days on/1 day off). None result. Not even a 0.1”. I haven’t PE for 4 days already, I’ve nearly given up…

Did you get any better EQ, or any PI’s?
These things take time, maybe you are taking too much time with too little?

How about upping it a little? I normally start my long routines with 100 jelqs Mon-Fri and then have Sat-Sun off.
Then after the first month I up it to 200 jelqs. Why not try a few things and see what works?
Your unit should hopefully be conditioned by now.

A rare few seem to PE correctly and not gain, however for most men this is not a problem. Describe your current routine. You may need to simply amp up the intensity.

Do you only do dry jelqs? Maybe you should try wet jelqs.

My program was:
5 min warm-up
10-15 manual stretches (2-3 times in each direction - down, up, left, right, forward)
5*30 dry jelqs
5 min warm-down
+ kegels
The breaks between the series were approximately 45 seconds each.

The first gain you may see will be in the bone pressed flaccid stretched length(bpfsl). Take a ruler, press right above dick and stretch as much as you can straight out. Do a warm up first of course. Measure this and then once a week remeasure. If you hit the same length, warm up some more with heat and try again. I think over a month you should at least get a .1 inch gain and that should encourage you to stick with it. Erect and flaccid measurements other than bpfsl can vary so much that you may not see an actual gain for a longer period.

Sometimes my PI is good, sometimes - negative (then I take a break) and sometimes it’s just neutral. I measure my unit very carefully, so I’m pretty sure that it hasn’t become bigger. I want to have a light routine, which would gradually enlarge my friend over time. If I see even minor growth, I would be happy to continue in this way, but when I invest 2 months of my live (and a little bit of my sex-live) for PE and find out that everything is futile, I just lose my motivation.

I can tell you that in 20 months of PEing. I’ve had stretches where I gained for 3 months, 4 months and currently the past month. I’ve also had stretches with no gains of 7 months and 5 months. So my advice is hang in there and give it some more time.

I was PEing for about 6 months with no real gains. Then I got about 3/4” of an inch in length in less then 2 months. Almost like a growth spurt. Might not be the same for everyone but it was for me. When I look and see that my NBPEL is bigger then my pre-BPEL I’m glad I stuck it out.


Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

It took 4 months of obsessive compulsive dedication and an eventual switch to hanging before I saw any gains.

Find what works for you.

Have you tried wet jelqing? Changing grips? Pressures? Even the slightest change can make the biggest difference.

Gator, Are you saying you’ve PEd for 18 months with no gains at all? If so, you definitely have more persistance than I would have. I might have called bullshit on the entire idea of PE.

I warm up either by taking a hot shower or by putting my unit in a glass with hot water in it (5 mins).

Often I have problems with the stretches - I can’t comfortably grip my unit and when I pull the skin slips back and my hand goes with it up to the head.

Also, I’m not sure how much should be the breaks between the jelqs/stretches.

I want to keep my program as short as possible in order not to lose much time for it. What should I do?

Are the penis pumps a good idea? Do they give temporary effect only? Are they hazardous?
