You might want to improve your grip using talcum, or simply a strip of toilet paper. Stretches are of almost no effect if they are too weak and too short. The longer you keep a stretch, the better. As an orientation for strength, it should be in the 2.5 - 3.5 kgf.

How long is the minimum effective time for a stretch in your opinion? My grip also tends to slide down my glans and that causes a slight swelling of the tip due to the added squeezing required to keep the grip. I have been doing 10 second stretches with a 5 second break in between and it has been alot easier physically than when I used to do 30 second stretches.

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I’ve noticed that 20 sec. stretches are more effective for me than 10 sec. ones. I wouldn’t go under 10 seconds… The physical discomfort eventually disappears.

It’s something you have to find out for yourself. In week 1 of my routine I failed miserably trying to stretch, had to re-grip every 5 seconds. Week 2 was a bit better re-gripping every 10, etc. After a while you’ll get the hang of it and things will go more smoothly. Same goes for your PI. Observe and write them down, you’ll see a gradual increase and eventually the first real gains.
