Hello everybody

I performed PE during one month at end of 2009 but due to my heavy work period I left to PE. I was have 6” BPEL and 4.92” EG when I bean PE that time.I was also have very good sex life with my wife. I was feeling very strong myself and healthy, but I was feeling so weak while I was not perform PE.
But I signed off from my job about 2 months ago and I began to perform PE 1.1.2011 with the newbie routine. I measured yesterday night and my size is:

6,5” BPFL
6,2 BPEL
5,4 EG.

I don’t know it is possible for this short time or not. But I have inform that my routine as below.

5-10 min warming up period. (I am putting my unit in bottled hot water. I was performing this about 2-4 min but I increased to 5-10 min.
5-10 min stretching to every side. I was also doing this before 2-4 min but I increased too.
10-15 min jelqing which at least 300 pieces.
3-5 min warm down.

But I want to say that I am adding something like Uli to my Jelqing.

I will try to measure with same consistency for to get correct result. This small change is important and good sign for me.

Now I want to know is there any wrong with my routine or measurement. Is this gain is normal or there is any missing.

That’s awesome, keep up the good work! It looks like you are doing the newbie routine, so that’s a pretty tried and true method. I walked up the ladder from 300 to 600 jelqs over a period of a month and a half. That worked well for me.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

thanks a lot and good gains to you too AvgguyUSA. I am thinking to ladder form 300 to 600 jelqs. I am beginning to jelq from %10 EQ to %80 EQ so it means that I am also Stretching while I am jelqing and I am clamping while I am jelqing. Maybe because of this I am gaining.
