Last night, and the day defore I was doing my routine, and when I was about to finish, there I was horny as hell and I tried as hard as I could not to ejaculate, but I did, I was doing jelqs, watching porn, and I couldn´t stay semihard for too long, so watched a movie, I edged like 8 times, but I couldn´t take it anymore and what is not suppoussed to happen, happened.

The question is, was all the work out worth nothing? Or should I take it as, Ok I ejaculated after a good work out?

I can symphasize with you very much keyhero, unlike most people here I do everything in my power to avoid ejaculation during PE, it’s probably more of a psychological thing for me to avoid it because really, there is no evidence to suggest that at the end of a PE session that it would be detrimental. Anyway, perhaps I continue in my path of ignorance and continue to refute the widley accepted knowledge, but I have had some exceptional gains in my 4 months or so period of PE’ing. About 1.25” in length and the same in girth. As it stands I am flirting with 9” bpel and 7” mid-shaft erect girth. Anyway, if you do decide to follow the abstience from ejaculation during PE, you should be able to anticipate the sensation, if you notice it approaching slow down or stop, it does no harm. Sometimes, I noticed in the first month or so it took alot more will power to avoid ejaculation than it does now, but just tell yourself before you even start that you will not ejaculate so you have already conditioned your mind to understand that you will not. Anyway, enough ranting, hopefully I can be of some assistance.

Its all down to the indivual especially with something like edging.

Heres your hint that your not going to be able to maintain control, if your rock hard wahey not even trying to be turned on then control is easier, if your semi or needing motivation to stay hard more and more then thats it. Your muscles down there are getting tired and you will lose control.

Your’ll need to understand this on your own terms but tiredness in general will hold you back and also, this is harder to sense but tiredness in muscles to kegel, etc will definetly affect your control and the idea is to build them up a bit in stamina which is easier said then done. More importantly is to know your limits so you dont go over the edge by accident. Anyway, search for good articles on this and your’ll find its been written about quite well previously

I’ve seen guys say this a couple times within the past few days. Where are you reading this? In the 6 months I have been on this board I have yet to read that.

The seearches I have done throw up mixed opinions but the main message seems to be to do what feels best for you. Personally I like to shoot after edging and it does not seem to have impeded my gains.

It seems to me that if you don’t ejaculate, you’ll condition your neural pathways to expect that nothing is going to happen. This can’t be good for the libido. Coming must always remain an option.
