Hey guys..

It’s been about a year for me since I got injured.

I won’t go over the details again but a few of you had the same injury as me, horse 440s over trained and then a pain in the left side .

My unit still feels “wrong” til this day and I can feel the “tweak” up the left side, mainly because I tried having time off (no masturbating) and then started PE again but it flared up.

I haven’t PEd for around 4 months and I’m going to cease masturbation and try to hold off for about 4 - 6 months and see what happens, even though I’ll probably be a ball of testosterone.. This will probably be ok so long as I take lots of cold showers but what do you guys think about sex ? Should I ?? Or will it further injure me..

This is getting out of hand I want to be well again and start PE again..

Have you tried a doctor?

I don’t think you should stop masturbation entirely. It’s important to clean your plumbing every now and then to prevent prostate problems. In my opinion masturbating with a light grip won’t do any harm - and sex won’t do any either.

I also overdid PE and got ED for about six months (mainly due to clamping). But thank god, everything turned back to normal after a long hiatus. Now I’m very careful with PE and it seems to work fine right now.

How much clamping were you doing?

I was doing no clamping..
Just horse 440s.
I don’t think it’s just the horse 440s that did it to me though, I think it was manual stretching, because I would often feel a slight “twinge” up the left side of my dick while doing them but I ignored it.
Doctor? You make a very good point, however I have never been in great pain nor have I suffered any erectile disfunction, I still get morning wood and have no trouble getting erections, things just don’t feel like they’ve healed properly.. Like for instance once I was hitting a punching bag and hurt my knuckle, a bit of scar tissue raised up on it and I let it heal for a while but the injury remains and every time I hit a back it gets a slight flare up of slight pain and twinge..
This is what I think it is, not sure though..
Anyways you make your point, I’m going hardcore no masturbation for about 5 months and no touchy.. Unless an offer for sex comes along :) Then I’ll just take it easy.
If after that time I haven’t seen improvement I’m going straight to the Doc, bout time I got a checkup anyways..
Either way I want to probably take around 7 - 12 months off PE just to make sure everything is Aok.

I know some of you have had this injury doing the same thing.. And sorry to be beating an old horse (no pun) but I come here for support and your advice is greatly appreciated, it’s not easy to walk into a doctors office or tell your friends you have a dick injury, even if you do make up a story about it.

About 2 months ago I had an injury from doing a Uli Squeeze to hard. I felt a sharp pain on the upper-shaft to the head of my penis. I stopped immediately and tried to PE 3 days later. Something felt weird as you said, so i stopped again for 2 weeks. I heat wrapped it every day and rubbed vitamin E on the sore spot. There was no bruising or any external signs of an injury but something just didnt feel right. To the latter end of the two week break i started manual stretching again but no jelquing. After 2 weeks, I decided to jelq very carefully one night. Everything felt weird but I assumed getting back into it would feel a little weird. I finished that session and tried again the next day. Once again I felt a slight pain so I stopped again. It’s now been about 2 months since the injury and I have slowly eased my way back into jelquing. I would jelq once a week and I would feel fine. Currently I jelq about 3 times a week with no pain at all. Im not saying to not see a doctor, but this is what happend to me. In 2 weeks I hope to be jelqing almost every session. I have also increased my intesity with no pain at all now. I hope this helps a little bit.

Most of the time I did three to four ten minute sets, nearly every day. For about two months everything went fine - I even gained .25” girth - but what caused the real trouble then, were probably the clamped squeezes I did later on. I lost all of my moderate girth gains (about 0.3”) and they haven’t returned yet. Now I’m on a light pumping and jelquing routine.
