Alright, I just joined the thunder’s place forum. I’ve always known my penis has been on the small side 5.5” long(pressed to the bone) and 4” girth in the middle. I honestly don’t compare how I stack up to other guys and what is average. I joined because my small girth combined with the fact that my erections don’t get very hard combined with my lack of endurance make me very bad at sex. It’s kind of weird because I’m sort of a ladies man and all my friends consult me for advice with women but I hate/am scared of sex because I suck at it. I understand that the newbie routine will help with length and girth, but what will help me with having harder erections and lasting longer? I really appreciate any help you guys have.

Whatsup destruction, welcome to Thunderspace, I’m a bit new myself. I plan to start an all-out PE training in August, but for now I’ve been doing off and on basic PE exercises. I too am not that big (if it makes you feel any better, I’m 5” BPEL x 3.5” MSEG, and can still kind of enjoy sex to some extent).

I’ve learned both through my off and on PE workouts and reading these forums that your erection quality will improve simply because you are conditioning your penis to better health. I recently have noticed amazing endurance and hardness in my erection and I attribute this improvement solely to my casual natural PE! I can only imagine how well my erection & endurance will improve when I begin to hit the gym and eat healthy again.

You WILL get harder, LAST longer, and perhaps even become BIGGER if you are willing to put in the time - at least that’s what I get from reading some of the progress reports on the guys here. It can be daunting at first, especially if your starting stats are similar to mine - but fortunately there are real solutions to this “problem.” If you want to keep in touch via PM please do, we share similar stats (you are 0.5” x 0.5” larger than me LOL), and we can share some ideas on how to get some serious gains.

If this is of any hope to you, I’ve noticed that the smaller guys get the most eye-popping gains.hope you and I will have the same luck!

I was reading about lasting longer, and one of the things it says works well is desensitizing(such as pre-masturbation). This however conflicts with my other goal of being harder during sex. Is there a way to have it both ways. Also, will just doing kegels during my routine make me stay harder during sex or do I have to also pump blood into my penis using kegels during sex too? The other day I was with a girl and could not get my penis up for the life of me. I was really tired that day and it was late, but I was wondering if you guys have any tips for that as well. Thanks for the advice so far guys. I have gained a little bit of size so far on the newbie routine, but everything else still concerns me.

You should do Kegel’s as a part of PE work. You can Kegel also while having sex, if you are a master of it, otherwise you can get sore fast.

If you have bad EQ, it could be that you overworked your unit. Take some days off. Occasional ED, however, could be caused by many other things: just to say, emotional factors.

I started out at 4.6” BPEL and 4.3” EG so I know how you feel. I stuck with the Newbie Routine and things are progressively getting better. Anyways, here is an erection quality scale that you can use to measure your progress: Another Erection Quality Scale.

This will absolutely give you better, stronger erections. You will also get more enjoyment out of sex. (As well as your partner) Just keep an Eye on your PI`s and adjust your workout accordingly.

Welcome! Kegel, and kegel some more. Also, start the newbie routine. By the way, 5.5 ELBP is a decent size.

One of the sacrifices man.. Sex also gives you friction sores so not the best idea IMO
