Issues with workout Advice needed
So I’ve been at this for almost 3 months, and quite frankly I was pretty pleased at first because I made fast (newbie) gains.
However, out of curiosity, I measured again the other day and it appears that my penis seems to shrinking. Which is obviously not good. While I previously measured in at just over 6” BPEL and around 4.75” EG, my dick seems to have shrunk down to around 5.5-5.75 BPEL and 4.5” EG.. As anyone might be, I’m sorely disappointed and discouraged by this.
My current workout is as follows — After each PE session on M/W/F I also take a multivitamin and a couple arginine:
5min Warmup with rice sock
5x30second stretches (out, down, left, right)
3x50 wet jelq
Alternate between 3x50 v-jelq and 3x O-bends
One change I’ve considered making to this was to split days into girth/length focus; I’ve also recently purchased an autoADS, but have yet to receive it in the mail. Another thing is that after my PE workouts I don’t feel as “plump” as I did before.. It’s almost as if the routine just doesn’t feel as good as it did before.
Does anybody have an idea as to what might have caused this loss in size, and how I might better cement future gains? Are there any changes/additions you might also make to this workout of mine? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
