Issues with libido

(Sorry its in the wrong forum; I don’t have access to post in the other forums)

A little background to begin; I have been a background PE’er for quite some years; not really doing anything frequently enough to make any gains until the last 5-6 months where I have been sticking to doing the newbie routine.

After a few months with pretty much no gains I have decided to begin hanging (only a few minutes at quite a light weight (less than 1kg)- 3-5 sets as well as pumping (10-15mins at pressure of 5 (I forget the units right now(but the units as per on this forum from when I checked/started a few weeks back)).

Now since starting the new routing of hanging and pumping; I was fine to begin; but since a particular session at the start of this week; I have found it has become harder for me to get an erection (not 100% sure if it was caused by the routine however; details below).

My initial thought was I had injured myself. So I have not done any PE since the start of the week.

However there are a few reasons I am thinking it may not be due to an injury; It is more difficult to become aroused enough to get an erection (not sure if this is a knock on of not feeling the rush of blood in my penis), for instance- I don’t even feel like having sex with my wife at the moment; we get to kissing etc but I don’t actually feel like initiating it to go any further.

I even tried putting some porn on the other day; to see if I was able to get an erection. I watched for a minute or two; felt no sensations of becoming aroused and then turned it off. So far it all seems like physical ED right- possibly caused by PE.

Now this is when it gets confusing; Last night I was definitely able to get an erection with my wife as well as this morning (maybe not as hard as it normally would get)- but definitely hard enough for sex. However I have since put some porn on just now to see if I get a normal erection; and there was almost nothing; no feeling of the rushing of blood to the penis; maybe just a bit of ‘plumpness’.

The reason I am slightly concerned by this is because this is not normal for me; I usually get an erection quite easily even after having sex a few hours before.

I frequent the gym and try and eat healthy and am aware of the effects of low testosterone and high cortisol level; so am thinking to take a few days off from the gym so see if this effects anything.

But my question really is this; does it sound like I am suffering from physiological ED (maybe caused by the new PE routine) or maybe a loss of libido which could be causing the symptoms. Is there really a way to be able to tell?
