Is weight an issue

I really want to get peoples thoughts on this. My doctor said the only thing I could do to increase my size was to drop some pounds, and lose the fat around my penis and testicles. I’m 5’5” and weight about 200 pounds. I know if I can lose the fatty bulge down there that I can easily measure out about another inch and a half. What are your thoughts on ones weight concerning PEing, penis length, etc?

yes weight is issue. It is really weight is hiding lenght of penis.

Losing weight would definately increase your NBPEL. Start running! lol

He’s right and wrong, yes it will help make it appear longer showing more of the penis hidden by fat, but as you can see there are other ways to enlarge your penis that a lot of doctors don’t care to know about.

Think I should get a second opinion to my doctor’s one? He is after all more concerned for the overall health of a person, and probably not concerned at all about penis size unless it effects someone physically.

Other doctors will probaby tell you the same thing. I think you should start (continue?) working out as well as doing the newbie routine simultaneously to see the best results in increased visible penis.

Second opinion for what? if PE works? I’m not sure how that will help.

Maybe a better question is, what’s your opinion?

Do you want to lose weight? would it make you feel better? do you want to try a PE routine? if you start exercising and start doing the newbie PE routine then in my opinion it’s a win win situation.

No, a second opinion from another doctor about ways to increase the size of a penis. Maybe PE here is the only way. I don’t know. A penis is after all a muscle and if we can work out our other muscles, why not this one. I don’t doubt PE at all and I just started.

Yeah did you see the newbie routine? Start with that if you haven’t already.

If you do go to a doctor for a second opinion, they might tell you about surgery or something, which is a very risky deal and really not worth it, especially considering you have a chance to naturally enlarge your penis. Also if you remember that PE is like a marathon and not a sprint, then you should be fine. :)

Yeah, I won’t even consider surgery. And I have started PE and I plan to continue. I’m a very persistent person when I want something bad enough. And I am being uber carefully about my workout routines. Slow and steady wins the race!

As for my routine, I have opted to go with J123’s Linear Routine.

It might help, and general fitness is always advised and could help with blood circulation, hence stronger erections, but I think an inch and a half just from weight loss is a bit of a delusion. I think you mis-understood your doctor when he said losing weight will increase your member’s size, I think it just makes it look bigger, like trimming back your bush.

Don’t fret though, just stick to the PE here and keep up the determination.
