It might help, and general fitness is always advised and could help with blood circulation, hence stronger erections, but I think an inch and a half just from weight loss is a bit of a delusion. I think you mis-understood your doctor when he said losing weight will increase your member’s size, I think it just makes it look bigger, like trimming back your bush.
Don’t fret though, just stick to the PE here and keep up the determination.
