Is warming up beneficial for gains

Personally I don’t use a warm cloth/rice sack before hand, I go straight into light stretching and wet jelqing. Would gains come faster from warming up?

I think warming up can prevent injuries, not sure about improving gains. I read that warming up on days that you don’t do PE is beneficial but I’m not sure if that’s true.

Warming up is not just beneficial, it is CRUCIAL to gains. As well as warming down. If you’re not gaining, it is likely because you are shorting yourself on these two critical parts of any work out.

Warming up will help you train HARDER and LONGER. Just like any other training, it is all about pushing your limit, and warmth will get you there.

In my little time with PE I have found a good warmup/warmdown makes for a much better session. I really want to avoid injury so I take it slow but the warmup allows my body to adapt to the new stresses I am putting on it.
