Using heat for a warm up and during each session will increase gains. Doing a good cool down(not warm down but cool down) will prevent your unit from turtling.

I’ve been PEing for awhile now and never really warmed up which is probably why I got plenty of blood spots etc. I do now mostly but never have cooled down, I read about Girtha doing it so I guess I’ll read it.. And see whether it’s worth a go.

Warming up is a MUST until your unit is really conditioned.

There was a time were in my unit secreted blood from the tip because maybe I didn’t do any warm-up. So, since then I’ve been warming it up coz I got really scared hehe
