Hey guys, so I’ll ask directly. I started PE again three weeks ago, but I’m concerned because I can’t do it everyday because of my schedule.

First week I could do it for three days, second week also three days, third week four days, and now getting into the fourth week and now I’m through a serious fight with my girlfriend since last Saturday, which left me really depressed because I don’t want my relationship to never end.

I don’t feel this week doing PE because of the sadness that even doesn’t allow me to get a normal erection and focus on this. Is this real bad? My inconsistency?

I’m looking to finally improve my time and get it to 5-days PE per week hopefully soon.

Well I just wanted to share my concern and listen your opinion.

It’s all right man, life is more important than this and PE is a long term process.

Sure you’ll need to show consistency at some point, what about you try 2 on one off for a start, or even one on one off? Sounds good to me and you ‘ll have less pressure from PE.

It’s not supposed to add worries , anxieties or anything man, it’s a process and a travel you should enjoy for EQ first, and then size gains as a bonus.

Sometimes life gets in the way and you should definitely not feel down because of this.

Walter nailed it. Yes, consistency is the number one essential of PE, but if life gets in the way, don’t worry about it.

If laziness gets in the way of consistency, that’s when you need to worry.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks Walter and Firegoat for your kind words. And I totally agree with you guys. I’m figuring out how to handle this and how to keep working on my PE. I don’t want to quit even a lil bit. I want some EQ at first and then start seeing some gains and then great gains, and then cement them, just as everybody else here.

Good you’re looking for EQ, better to do less PE, just enough to improve this , and then graudually increase intensity to add the gains to it.
