This is an issue discussed many times.
Bib has his own site and for me has the most knowledge on PE and is really helpful.
If you read his story you will see he hung for insane amounts of time and admits he took risks. He also states he had an unusual starting position. I think Bib is credible, as for his claimed gains, really I’m not that bothered, but I believe they could be accurate.
Why? Well from my conversations with him, he said my starting stats were quite similar to him, I’m talking LOT, exit point, erection angle, palp test etc. With the newbie routine I’ve gained an 1” in 4 months (see my thread). I seem to gain almost no matter what I do with quite little effort right now.
So before I maybe wouldn’t have believed him, now with my own experience, yes.
If the question is will most gain 4”, will I gain 4”, the answer is almost certainly no. I won’t be able to put in the time and effort nor will take the risks Bib did, even if I am lucky to be an easy gainer. Then you have to consider many don’t have the physiology to be an easy gainer, that is life.
With PE i believe most people could gain 1”. A proportion with real effort over years could gain 2”, beyond that very few will go.
